In 19 years of my professional experience, I have held various
positions across private sector, international Non-Governmental
organization and University of Sarajevo, department of
Psychology. Those positions include Executive Director of
Marketing, Human Resource Manager, Research Consultant and
Project Coordinator. I have excelled in each of those where I
learned how to best tackle many personal and professional
challenges faced by leaders, teams and individuals.
I integrated my intellectual and emotional assets to support and
further companies’ goals.
Leading and managing teams allowed me to practice psychological
knowledge in the field of personality; motivation, communication,
behavioral styles and successfully address conflicts and
disagreements that have arisen from a misunderstanding between

effectively with a wide range of executives. This engagement
helped improve leaders’ leadership skills.
